About the program
Ardent is an education program in wine and restaurant service. It does not guarantee employment, placement or income. Outcomes depend on each student's work and the market. Salary figures on this site describe the wider industry, not the results of Ardent graduates.
What we collect
When you request an admissions call, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred call time and any message. If you book through our scheduling provider, that provider also processes your booking details.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To contact you about your admissions call and your application.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run admissions (for example, scheduling and email tools), and only as needed for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep admissions enquiries for as long as needed to handle your application and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing admissions@ardentacademy.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. Embedded content, such as our intro video or scheduling tool, may set cookies under its own provider's policy when you open it.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
